- Record the exact domain, username and incident time.
- Keep the transaction ID, recipient and status evidence.
- Export unedited support transcripts.
- State the requested resolution and deadline.
- Contact the payment provider; never pay a “release fee”.
- Report to PDRM where fraud or threats may be involved.
